ProDemand
This automotive repair software app provides full OEM repair, estimating, maintenance, and real-world experience-based information in one easy-to-use product.
My Role
I was the Lead UI/UX Designer (and sole UX designer) for this 12 month project
Main Goal
Introduce the first Windows-based repair information and shop management system offered in a subscription-based sales model.
AutoAnything e-Commerce Website
Although this e-commerce company was well-established, the website which was created for desktop was in need of optimization for mobile usage.
My Role
I was the Sr. User Experience Designer (and sole UX designer) for this 4 month project
Main Goal
Launch a new mobile-first breakpoint of the site in order to increase sales.
AutoAnything CMS Landing Pages
With an uptick in mobile usage, and a decline of organic traffic on AutoAnything’s landing pages it became necessary to build responsive CMS templates and a CMS editor to give users a seamless shopping experience.
My Role
I was the Lead UI/UX Designer (and sole UX designer) for this 2 month project
Main Goal
Enabled AutoAnything’s Internal Content Editorial Team to create responsive landing pages to feed customers into their e-Commerce site.
Blindsgalore e-Commerce Website
Improving the Blindsgalore user-workflow helped to enable end-users to quickly locate products and provide them with the appropriate tools for them to purchase custom (non-returnable) items with confidence.
My Role
I was the Sr. Web Designer for this project
Main Goal
The improved user interface, information design, images and workflows on the website resulted in better customer conversion and loyalty.

Design Thinking Process
Out of clutter, find simplicity
In essence, the Design Thinking process that I use is iterative, flexible and focused on collaboration between designers and users, with an emphasis on bringing ideas to life based on how real users think, feel and behave.
This design thinking process tackles complex problems by:
Empathizing
Understanding the human needs involved.
Defining
Re-framing and defining the problem in human-centric ways.
Ideating
Creating many ideas in ideation sessions.
Prototyping
Develop a prototype/solution to the problem.
Testing
Receive feedback make adjustments by going back to the ideation/prototyping phase in order to solve the problem.
